The Opportunity

Every successful operation relies on the people behind the scenes who keep things running smoothly. At Denison, the Facilities team plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations that allow the company’s projects and people to perform at their best.

As Denison’s Facilities Assistant, you’ll be part of the team that ensures the Saskatoon site remains safe, organized, and ready for whatever the day brings. Your work will touch many parts of the operation from supporting warehouse logistics and coordinating supply pickups to helping maintain buildings, grounds, and company vehicles.

Other days may involve assisting with general site upkeep, helping maintain fleet vehicles, or supporting the facilities team with maintenance tasks that keep the workplace functioning smoothly. No two days look exactly the same, and that variety is part of what makes the role rewarding.

3. Fleet & Vehicle Support

  • Drive company trucks to maintenance shops for scheduled servicing, inspections, and repairs.
  • Wash and clean company vehicles to maintain a professional appearance.
  • Perform basic vehicle checks including fluid levels, tire pressure, lights, and other safety items.
  • Inspect and restock vehicle safety kits including first aid kits, spill kits, fire extinguishers, and PPE.
  • Report mechanical issues or vehicle damage promptly.

4. Safety & Operational Support

  • Follow company safety procedures and policies at all times.
