The Mechanical Division Manager is not simply overseeing sales activity, they are shaping the direction, performance, and culture of an entire division. This is a role for a builder. In this role, you operate at both the 30,000-foot level and on the ground. You work with executive leadership to shape annual budgets, expansion plans, and competitive strategy. At the same time, you remain connected to the daily rhythm of the business, guiding bid strategy, strengthening contractor and engineering relationships, mentoring sales representatives, and ensuring projects move forward with precision and professionalism.
