Hughes Collective is pleased to present an exciting opportunity on behalf of our client.
Role: Journeyman Electrician
Location: Saskatoon, SK
Our Client
Proudly Métis-owned and values-driven, our client delivers high-quality electrical work across residential and light commercial projects. With a strong reputation built on quality, trust and straight-up good work, their crew is the one people call when something needs to be done right and without the runaround. They approach every job with professionalism, no cutting corners or inflated promises and never rushing a job at the expense of the client or quality.
Now, with demand growing and momentum building, they’re hiring their first-ever Foreman Electrician. A natural mentor who‘s known for being calm under pressure, who can take ownership in the field and can keep jobs running smoothly.
The Opportunity
This role is built for someone who wants to spend most of their day on the tools and not managing large crews. You’ll work across a mix of residential and light commercial sites, handling everything from service upgrades and troubleshooting to meter bank replacements and small renos.
You’ll be the go-to electrician on-site, keeping the pace steady, supporting an apprentice, and ensuring every job reflects the company’s commitment to quality. If you’re someone who values autonomy, enjoys solving problems in real time, and takes genuine pride in doing the job right the first time, this role offers the perfect balance of independence, responsibility, and meaningful work.
