Hughes Collective is pleased to present an exciting opportunity on behalf of our client.
Role: Journeyperson Plumber & Gasfitter
Location: Saskatoon
Our Client
In an industry full of shortcuts and low-quality work, our client has quietly built something different. This locally owned plumbing, heating and HVAC company has built a team that’s rooted in honesty, leads with pride and shows up with integrity. They care deeply about doing right by each other, their clients, and the work. Their quality holds up, job after job, not through shortcuts or upselling but just honest work done right the first time. Their culture is supportive, family oriented and a place where you are given not only the tools but flexibility to do great work.
The Opportunity
As a Journeyperson Plumber & Gasfitter, you’ll take on projects across residential and commercial settings. One day might bring you to a custom home build, the next a commercial boiler retrofit, or a service call in a nearby community. While overnight travel is rare, occasional out-of-town work may come up, with notice and full support.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team environment where most work is done alongside other crew members. Day-to-day schedules are organized by leadership, allowing you to focus on delivering quality workmanship without the hassle of juggling logistics. This role offers the right mix of autonomy and support, giving you the tools, training and trust to do your best work and feel proud of what you accomplish.
