Patient-Focused Exams: Conduct initial patient assessments, review dental and medical history, and perform in-depth examinations to detect issues like plaque, periodontal disease, and oral cancers.
Tailored Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans that include oral hygiene guidance, nutritional counseling, and restorative care, all structured around patient needs and resources.
Average 12 Patients Per Day
Education & Licensing: DDS or DMD from an accredited institution, along with a Minnesota Dental License or willing to obtain by start date, DEA License, and CPR/ACLS certification.
Skills & Traits: Strong clinical judgment, advanced skills in treating complex dental issues, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds. Ability to conduct root canals, extractions, general dentistry.
Knowledgeable in Public Health: Understanding of public health practices to shape and support preventive dental programs.
