Hematology Oncology Physician

Practice Setting:  Outpatient

Hem Vs Onc: 30% Hem, 70% Onc

Volume (patients per day): 12-15 PPD

New consults per day: 30%

Start Date: As soon as credentialed

Length of Assignment: At least 6 months

Call Schedule: No call

Hours/Schedule: M-F 8-4:30

Staff Mix: 5 MDs, 8 APPs, RNs, full office staff

EMR: Epic

Credentialing Time: 70 days

Board Certification requirement: BC or BE in Hematology and Oncology

Schedule: 2-3 weeks per month
