Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cost Director to oversee financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience, with a strong focus on cost control, financial planning, cash flow, process design, and operational oversight within the construction sector. This position is critical to ensuring strong financial governance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across all subsidiaries and projects.

Profile and Requirements:
● Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial control, accounting, or financial management in the real estate, construction, or related industries.

● Strong knowledge of project accounting, process design, and cost control specific to the construction and real estate sectors.
● Proven experience with ERP systems and financial software.
● Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
● University degree in Accounting or Finance.
● Languages: Advanced English (B2 - C1) and a visa is required.
● Availability to travel at least once a month to operations abroad.
