General Manager - Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market share in Saudi Arabia.

- Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with local regulations.

- Lead business development efforts, identifying opportunities to expand Trejhara’s footprint.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and government agencies.

- Implement innovative technology solutions to enhance logistics operations and supply chain management.

- Optimize warehouse and distribution operations for seamless service delivery.

- Manage financial performance, budgeting, and cost control to achieve profitability targets.

- Drive a high-performance culture by mentoring and developing a strong team.

- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, and 3PL services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven track record of business growth, operational excellence, and client relationship management.

- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian logistics, customs regulations, and supply chain optimization.

- Experience in leveraging technology for supply chain visibility, predictive analytics, and automation.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
