Overview:
Duroub Logistics is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join their commercial team in Jeddah. The position will play a key role in expanding the company’s 3PL and 4PL logistics business across Saudi Arabia through a combination of key account management, customer growth, and new business acquisition.
The role requires a commercially driven individual with strong experience across logistics sales, marketing, and customer service functions, ideally within logistics service providers operating in the Kingdom.

Duroub Logistics is the logistics and supply chain arm associated with Sunbulah Group, focused on providing integrated logistics solutions across Saudi Arabia. The business offers services including warehousing, contract logistics, transportation, and final mile delivery, supporting both internal operations and external customers. Duroub is continuing to expand its commercial logistics offering, particularly across 3PL and 4PL services within the Saudi market.
Core Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing strategic key accounts
- Growing revenue streams with existing customers
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Driving commercial growth across 3PL service offerings
- Building long-term customer relationships and ensuring high service levels
- Coordinating closely with operational and customer service teams to maintain customer satisfaction
- Supporting commercial presentations, proposals, and client negotiations
Product focus:
- The role will focus primarily on selling and solutions across:
- Warehousing
- Contract logistics
- Final mile delivery services
- Broader 3PL and 4PL logistics solutions
Candidate Profile:
- Duroub Logistics is looking for candidates with:
- Strong experience within third-party logistics and/or fourth-party logistics environments
- Proven background in sales, marketing, and customer service within logistics
- Experience balancing both hunting and farming responsibilities
- Strong commercial mindset and customer-facing capability
- Experience managing key accounts and developing strategic customer relationships
- Ability to identify market opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients
