The Opportunity


As Vice President of Sales, you will sit at the center of the company’s growth engine.


You will:

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy
  • Personally drive high-value new business

What You’ll Own


🚀 Revenue & Growth Strategy

  • Build and execute a clear, aggressive sales strategy across warehousing, transportation, and end-to-end 3PL solutions
  • Identify and penetrate high-potential verticals requiring customized logistics solutions
  • Turn complex client challenges into long-term, contracted revenue
  • Expand wallet share within existing accounts while relentlessly pursuing new logos


🤝 Client Relationships & Deal-Making

  • Develop trusted, senior-level relationships with decision-makers across BCOs, manufacturers, distributors, and freight forwarders
  • Lead complex solution-based sales cycles from first conversation to signed contract
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as a true commercial ambassador


🧠 Sales Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team
  • Set clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability standards
  • Build a culture that rewards results, ownership, and disciplined execution
  • Develop talent, mentor future leaders, and raise the commercial bar across the organization


📊 Commercial & Operational Alignment

  • Ensure pipeline discipline, CRM accuracy, forecasting, and reporting
  • Align sales commitments with operational capacity to protect margin and service quality
  • Partner closely with operations and customer service to deliver seamless execution
  • Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing dynamics to stay ahead

  • 8+ years of proven success selling 3PL, warehousing, and transportation solutions
  • A strong background in outside sales and business development
  • A track record of closing complex, customized logistics deals
  • Experience calling on manufacturers, BCOs, freight forwarders, and enterprise clients
  • Comfort operating at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Deep familiarity with CRM-driven pipeline management and forecasting
