Lean Six Search has been exclusively retained on a confidential, high-impact executive search for one of the fastest-growing luxury platforms in the world.
We’re looking for a commercially sharp, strategically wired operator to lead the company’s European business from its Paris HQ. This isn’t a cushy title job, it’s about building something real. You’ll own the P&L, drive top-line growth, and lead a small but high-performing team.
You’ll report directly to the CEO and be trusted to grow the region, close strategic partnerships, and decide what happens next.
What You’ll Do
Growth & Partnerships
- Expand our footprint across Europe through high-value partnerships with luxury retailers
- Identify new markets, develop a pipeline, and close deals at scale
- Collaborate with our central US team to bring in and retain strategic B2B clients
Run the Show
- Lead all day-to-day operations across the region
- Drive efficiencies and systems thinking across people, process, and product
- Solve problems without a playbook—and move fast when the opportunity’s right
Team Leadership
- Manage and inspire a team of 3.8 FTE, with autonomy and ownership
- Elevate talent. Hire better. Build a culture that values pace, performance, and trust
- Create alignment and accountability across functions and markets
Financial Oversight
- Own the European budget, forecast, and reporting
- Work with external accounting and HR partners to manage compliance, payroll, and reporting
- Oversee all payments—client receivables, supplier payouts, etc.
Brand Representation
- Be the face of the business in Europe—at events, in boardrooms, and behind closed doors
- Represent the brand with credibility and confidence across luxury and retail networks
Who You Are
- A senior commercial leader with cross-border experience scaling businesses
- Deep understanding of the luxury, retail, or e-commerce sectors
- A strong network across European retail, especially at the enterprise/B2B level
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action—able to see the big picture and still get into the weeds
- Fluent in English; French or another European language is a strong bonus
- Hands-on, resourceful, and unafraid to make decisions
