Facilities Manager – Advanced Manufacturing
We’re partnering with a global manufacturer investing significantly in a new site build-out and capacity expansion. This is a critical on-site role with accountability across start-up/commissioning through to steady-state operations, ensuring facility uptime, safety, and compliance in a high-expectation industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own site infrastructure uptime across utilities and facility systems; lead preventive and corrective maintenance strategy.
- Build and run the maintenance operating model (planning, scheduling, spares, standards, and governance cadence).
- Lead contractor management end-to-end: selection, onboarding, safe systems of work, performance, and cost control.
- Drive compliance across EHS, fire/life safety, permits, audits, and regulated documentation requirements.
- Embed reliability and continuous improvement: RCA, failure elimination, KPI reporting, and budget discipline.
- Lead and develop the facilities team, setting expectations, training plans, and accountability.

Requirements
- Engineering degree preferred; strong technical facilities background in industrial/regulated environments
- 10+ years relevant experience, including senior leadership responsibility
- Demonstrated contractor governance, safety leadership, and structured problem solving
