Lean Six Search is partnered with a growing food manufacturing company on their search for a Maintenance Engineer. You will responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, and systems within the food manufacturing facility based in Philadelphia.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and equipment upgrades across all manufacturing lines
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults on food processing and packaging machinery
• Ensure equipment is maintained in a safe, efficient, and GMP-compliant manner
• Assist in the development and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance schedules
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment or production lines
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify process improvement opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of work completed using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., TPM, Lean, Six Sigma)
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations at all times

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role within a manufacturing environment
• Flexibility to work overtime including weekends when necessary
• Capability to bend, twist, and squat as needed throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds without reasonable assistance.
• Must be able to frequently push, pull, kneel, bend, and reach with both arms.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment.
