A leading global logistics provider in Dubai is seeking a Pricing & Customer Service Specialist to manage pricing programs, deliver operational excellence, and ensure world-class customer service. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop, maintain, and update pricing proposals for internal and external customers, ensuring compliance with corporate pricing policies.
- Manage and update the pricing database for all products, including freight charges, surcharges, and operational costs from carriers.
- Recommend and implement pricing processes aligned with corporate guidelines.
- Produce and deliver management reports to monitor revenue performance and highlight trends or gaps.
- Act as a liaison across Product teams (Air & Ocean) to coordinate pricing changes and program enhancements.
- Respond promptly to internal and external customer enquiries, managing assigned accounts end-to-end.
- Coordinate with operations, sales, sub-contractors, and overseas partners to execute shipments as per SOPs.
- Maintain accurate records in client systems and deliver high-quality service consistently.
- Support ad hoc projects or special duties as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–4 years of operational experience in pricing and customer service, preferably within freight forwarding.
- Basic knowledge of aerospace & aviation pricing is a plus.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a collaborative environment.
- Professional grooming and appearance suitable for a corporate, customer-facing role.

- Experience managing interdepartmental coordination in pricing or operations.
