Overview:

A leading global logistics provider in Dubai is seeking a Pricing & Customer Service Specialist to manage pricing programs, deliver operational excellence, and ensure world-class customer service. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop, maintain, and update pricing proposals for internal and external customers, ensuring compliance with corporate pricing policies.
  • Manage and update the pricing database for all products, including freight charges, surcharges, and operational costs from carriers.
  • Recommend and implement pricing processes aligned with corporate guidelines.
  • Produce and deliver management reports to monitor revenue performance and highlight trends or gaps.
  • Act as a liaison across Product teams (Air & Ocean) to coordinate pricing changes and program enhancements.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external customer enquiries, managing assigned accounts end-to-end.
  • Coordinate with operations, sales, sub-contractors, and overseas partners to execute shipments as per SOPs.
  • Maintain accurate records in client systems and deliver high-quality service consistently.
  • Support ad hoc projects or special duties as required.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–4 years of operational experience in pricing and customer service, preferably within freight forwarding.
  • Basic knowledge of aerospace & aviation pricing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a collaborative environment.
  • Professional grooming and appearance suitable for a corporate, customer-facing role.


Bonus Points For:

  • Experience managing interdepartmental coordination in pricing or operations.
  • Familiarity with airline and ocean carrier cost structures and surcharges.
