Senior Manager , Luxury Buyer

Open to candidates based in Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore or Mainland China

A fast-growing global platform in the luxury resale ecosystem is looking for an experienced Luxury Buyer to help scale the sourcing of preowned luxury retail for international markets.

This is a commercially focused role for someone who understands how to identify, secure and move premium luxury inventory within the secondary market.

You will work closely with auction houses, dealer networks and merchant partners to source authenticated pieces that meet global demand.

What you’ll be doing

• Source and procure high-demand luxury inventory from auctions, dealers and merchant partners across the region.

• Focus on premium luxury brands. 

• Evaluate auction listings and inventory opportunities with a strong eye for condition, authenticity, pricing and resale value.

• Manage purchasing budgets and ensure buying decisions align with margin, sell-through velocity and inventory strategy.

• Maintain strong relationships with auction houses, secondary market dealers and merchant partners.

• Track market pricing, bidding performance and supply trends across the luxury resale ecosystem.

• Provide insight on regional supply dynamics and sourcing opportunities.

What we’re looking for

• 5–10+ years of experience in luxury resale, auction buying or secondary luxury markets.

• Ability to assess product condition, authenticity signals and resale value.

• Commercial mindset with strong margin and inventory management awareness.
