Projects range from social and disability housing builds through to broader residential and commercial developments.

This position is based in Wooloowin, QLD, one of Brisbane’s sought-after inner-north suburbs. Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervising day-to-day site operations across residential and commercial builds.
• Managing subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitoring quality, safety, and compliance standards on site.
• Coordinating with Project and Construction Managers.
• Problem-solving on the ground to keep works progressing efficiently.
• Ensuring deadlines, budgets, and benchmarks are consistently met.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential and/or commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, WHS, and compliance standards.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges.
• Relevant licences and tickets.
