Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

• Acting on residential and commercial conveyancing matters from start to settlement.
• Managing files across QLD and NSW, including off-the-plan sales and inter-family transfers.
• Advising clients on property transactions and commercial dealings.
• Drafting contracts, legal documents, and correspondence.
• Building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships.
• Ensuring accurate file management and compliance with processes.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Admission as a lawyer with 2–5 years’ experience in Property Law.
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal ability with a client-first approach.
• High-level organisational and file management skills, with the ability to handle competing deadlines.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to grow your professional networks.
• Experience in NSW conveyancing and LEAP software (beneficial but not essential).
