This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced property professional who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and driving portfolio growth in a competitive residential market.


Our client is a well-regarded property management and sales business with a strong presence across the northern Gold Coast. With a reputation for excellence, innovation, and client-first service, they are expanding their footprint and strengthening their residential property management offering.


From attracting new landlords to shaping market strategy, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing the portfolio while working alongside a high-performing, collaborative team.


With strong remuneration on offer, including a $100,000–$130,000 salary package plus generous commissions, this is a career-defining opportunity for a proven Business Development Manager looking to elevate their impact.


Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:


• Identifying and securing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.

• Implementing effective marketing and sales strategies to attract new property management clients.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective landlords.

• Providing expert advice on all aspects of residential property management.

• Overseeing exceptional customer service to support client retention and satisfaction.

• Collaborating with the wider team to share insights, improve processes, and drive performance.

• Contributing to key business KPIs and growth objectives.


What You’ll Bring to the Role:


• Minimum three years’ experience in business development or sales within residential property management.

• A proven track record in acquiring new clients and building a portfolio.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.

• Strong negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills.

• High-level organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

• A current Real Estate Agent Certificate.
