This is a full-time opportunity for a capable, fast-paced Cook ready to join a high-volume café with strong local trade and a long-standing presence in the Pacific Fair dining precinct.

Our client has been a well-loved venue for 10 years, known for upbeat service, quality coffee, all-day dining, and a coastal-inspired atmosphere that keeps customers returning daily.

With consistent foot traffic, long-term staff, and a supportive interstate head office, our client is now seeking a reliable Cook to support the kitchen team and deliver quality, consistency, and efficiency across breakfast and lunch service at their Broadbeach location.

This is a daytime-only roster with consecutive days off, stable hours, and onsite parking, offering lifestyle, stability, and the chance to join a strong, established team.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing and cooking all menu items to a consistent standard.
• Managing prep, stock rotation, food quality, and presentation.
• Maintaining smooth kitchen operations during peak periods.
• Supporting ordering, stock levels, and efficient workflow.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Working closely with the Café Manager and front-of-house team.
• Contributing to a positive, upbeat kitchen culture with long-term staff.
• Bringing speed, accuracy, and reliability to a busy service environment.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Experience as a cook in a high-volume café, restaurant, or similar venue.
• Ability to work quickly, cleanly, and consistently during peak service.
• Sound understanding of kitchen operations, prep, and food safety.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High levels of initiative, reliability, and professionalism.
• Full working rights and the ability to pass a police check.
