Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Manage warm, inbound leads, no cold calling required.
• Guide clients through a proven, consultative sales journey.
• Educate prospective investors on the company’s unique model.
• Ensure each applicant meets investment suitability requirements.
• Build trust quickly and convert interest into action.
• Close 10+ clients per month and celebrate the wins.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up tasks.
• Participate in regular team training and collaboration sessions.

What you need to bring:

• Previous success in consultative or high-performance sales.
• Confidence, drive, and exceptional communication skills.
• A genuine desire to help others achieve financial goals.
• Experience in property, finance, or mortgage broking (preferred but not essential).
• A team-oriented attitude with a hunger to succeed.
• High attention to detail and strong CRM habits.

• Monday to Thursday: 8am–4:45pm | Friday: 8am–1pm
