Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations and presentation of the shopping centre.
• Monitoring safety across the precinct and responding effectively to incidents.
• Building strong relationships with tenants and supporting centre management.
• Assisting customers with enquiries and ensuring a welcoming, professional environment.
• Maintaining accurate logs, daily reports, and incident documentation.
• Representing the centre with professionalism, approachability, and authority.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Current security licence and relevant clearances.
• Experience in a security, facilities, or customer service role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective under pressure.
• Professional presentation with strong interpersonal skills.
• Customer service orientation with practical problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of property and facilities operations, or willingness to learn.
