Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Assisting senior brokers in managing client portfolios and developing strong, trusted relationships.
  • Supporting the placement of insurance policies by researching markets, preparing quotations, and negotiating with insurers.
  • Conducting risk assessments and providing tailored insurance solutions that best meet client needs.
  • Managing renewals to ensure clients maintain appropriate and up-to-date coverage.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, policies, and claims in line with compliance requirements.
  • Assisting in claims handling and liaising with insurers to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Staying informed on industry developments, new products, and regulatory updates.


What You’ll Bring to the Role:


  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in client engagement.
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
