Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with powder coating and sandblasting operations across a variety of jobs.
• Handling unracking, packing, prepping, and general factory labouring tasks.
• Supporting production through loading, unloading, and maintaining work areas.
• Learning to use industrial ovens, sandblasting booths, and coating systems.
• Upholding the company’s commitment to quality, safety, and fast turnaround times.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• A strong work ethic and reliability, turn up, work hard, and take pride in what you do.
• Willingness to learn new trade skills and processes.
• Good physical fitness and attention to detail.
• Positive, team-first attitude with the ability to work alongside a diverse crew.
• Previous factory, manufacturing, or industrial experience (advantageous but not essential).
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport to Molendinar.
