This full-time position is ideal for a professional and personable Receptionist / Legal Secretary who wants to combine client service excellence with the stability and reputation of a well-established Gold Coast law firm.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Managing incoming telephone calls and directing them appropriately.
  • Greeting clients and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and client payments.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised reception and staffroom area.
  • Providing administrative support to the team as required.
  • Assisting with legal administration tasks including document preparation, scanning, filing, and data entry.
  • Attending to online Titles Office lodgements.
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to legal office protocols at all times.


What You’ll Bring to the Role:


  • At least 12 months’ full-time experience in a similar reception or administration role, ideally in legal or professional services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to manage competing tasks.
  • Proficiency with standard office equipment and software.
  • A calm, professional manner and ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • A proactive, positive team-player attitude.
