With continued national growth, our client is seeking a capable Claims Executive to join their Sydney CBD office, a role that blends technical expertise with genuine client care, all within a supportive and high-performing environment.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:


  • Managing general insurance claims from initial lodgement through to final settlement.
  • Providing technical advice, guidance, and advocacy to ensure client outcomes are achieved.
  • Interpreting policy coverage, resolving disputes, and negotiating with insurers.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, offering clear communication and consistent follow-up.
  • Liaising with brokers, insurers, loss adjusters, investigators, and solicitors as required.
  • Preparing reports and claims analyses, including trends and summaries for clients and brokers.
  • Maintaining accurate, system-based electronic files in accordance with company standards.
  • Identifying opportunities to collaborate with the internal Advocacy team on complex matters.


What You’ll Bring to the Role:


  • Proven experience in managing general insurance claims.
  • Strong client service skills and the ability to manage conflict and resolution with professionalism.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with high attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a commitment to client advocacy.
