With continued expansion across Queensland and interstate, they’re now strengthening their internal business operations and seeking a capable Sales Solutions Administrator to support their growing business development team at their Gold Coast office.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing relationships with partner and end-user accounts to understand their needs and deliver first-class service.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve queries, streamline processes, and keep projects moving efficiently.
• Preparing accurate quotes, estimates, and purchase orders to support seamless project delivery.
• Staying across new product releases and market trends to identify upsell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
• Conducting proactive follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Working with marketing and product teams to identify improvements and contribute to ongoing business growth.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Experience in an administrative or client support position, ideally within a fast-paced or sales-driven environment.
• Confidence working with CRM and SAP platforms, along with strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with professionalism and emotional intelligence when engaging clients.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision.
• A proactive, dependable, and solutions-focused mindset with a positive approach to teamwork.
