Position Overview


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative with a proven track record in B2B sales. This role focuses on identifying and closing new business opportunities while building long-term client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Actively prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities through self-sourced leads and referrals.
  • Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Consultative Selling: Use a structured sales methodology to guide prospects through the decision-making process.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and maximize opportunities for upselling and renewals.
  • Client Interaction: Conduct regular client visits to ensure satisfaction and explore additional business opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in energy procurement or a similar industry, with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
  • Sales Expertise: Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), and lead research platforms (Apollo preferred).
  • Strong Communicator: Ability to build trust and relate to diverse stakeholders, including executives and operational teams.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly driven, adaptable, and goal-oriented with a history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a sales role.
  • Goal-Oriented: Consistently achieves weekly activity goals, such as calls, outreach, and appointments.
