Here's What You Will Be Doing:

 

• Acts as a client liaison and/or project manager overseeing municipal projects.

 

• Supervises and orchestrates the collaboration among various disciplines, support staff, and sub-consultants to successfully execute public works projects within designated budget and timeline.

 

• Manages the preparation of proposals and may be involved in coordination efforts.

 

• Assesses the performance of staff members.

 

• Implements quality assurance and quality control methods and procedures in projects to uphold high technical standards aligned with company protocols.

 

• Possesses expertise in municipal capital improvement planning.

 

• Participates in public meetings as required.

 


What We Look For In A Candidate:

 

• Preferred qualification: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

 

• Mandatory requirement: Licensed Professional Engineer in Tennessee.

 

• 10 or more years of professional work experience.

 

• Exceptional business acumen and client service skills.

 

• Demonstrates strong organizational and time management capabilities.

 

• Outstanding written and oral communication skills, capable of conveying

technical concepts effectively across various levels.

 

• Self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment.

 

• Extensive experience in planning, funding, design, and construction management across diverse municipal infrastructure projects.
