Business Development Representative (BDR)
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify and engage new business opportunities. This role focuses on lead generation, appointment setting, and supporting the sales team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and secure leads to meet monthly meeting targets.

Goal Execution: Develop and execute weekly prospecting plans, achieve measurable goals, and report progress to ensure alignment with company objectives.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Team Collaboration: Partner with sales executives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
Qualifications

Proven Success: At least 2 years of inside sales or related experience, including appointment setting.

Strong Communicator: Skilled at building rapport, understanding client needs, and presenting solutions effectively.

Organized and Efficient: Exceptional time management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Adaptable Learner: Eager to learn new tools, techniques, and sales strategies.

Requirements:Associate degree or higher.
- Experience in cold-calling and scheduling appointments with decision-makers.
- Reliable transportation and ability to attend in-person meetings as needed.
- Must reside in MD, DE, NJ, PA, NY, CT, MA, or RI.
