Marketing Manager – Freight & Logistics

We're looking for a Marketing Manager who understands the pulse of B2B marketing and knows how to engage decision-makers in the logistics and freight brokerage space. This role isn’t just about campaigns—it’s about building a brand that resonates, drives leads, and converts them into long-term business relationships.


What You’ll Do


Craft a Powerful Brand Story – Develop and execute a marketing strategy that makes us stand out in the competitive freight industry.

Drive Digital Growth – Manage online marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media, and email campaigns to increase visibility and lead generation.

Create Engaging Content – Develop blog posts, case studies, white papers, and videos that showcase expertise and build trust with potential clients.

Generate & Nurture Leads – Oversee lead generation strategies, from paid ads to webinars and email nurturing campaigns, ensuring prospects move smoothly through the sales funnel.

Measure What Matters – Track key performance metrics, analyze data, and refine marketing strategies for continuous improvement.

Stay Ahead of the Market – Keep an eye on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine messaging and positioning.

Collaborate & Innovate – Work closely with sales, operations, and leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Own Event Marketing – Plan and manage trade shows, industry events, and webinars to expand reach and generate new opportunities.


What You Bring


  • 4+ years of marketing experience in B2B industries, preferably in freight, logistics, or transportation.
  • Proven success in executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive engagement and revenue.
  • Technical know-how in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, content management systems, email marketing, and CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong storytelling & messaging skills to connect with the right audience and drive conversions.
  • Creative problem-solving to develop innovative campaigns that cut through the noise.
  • Data-driven mindset to measure success and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA or marketing certifications are a plus).
