Director of Service


Job Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Service. In this leadership role, the individual will be responsible for overseeing three locations within the facility service industry. The Director of Service will play a crucial role in managing teams, optimizing branch operations, and spearheading recruitment efforts to ensure the overall success and efficiency of each location.

 

Key Responsibilities:


1. Team Management:

  - Lead and inspire a team of service professionals across three locations.

  - Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

  - Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.


2. Branch Operations:

  - Take charge of the day-to-day operations of each location, ensuring seamless service delivery.

  - Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve branch performance.


3. Recruitment and Staffing:

  - Oversee the recruitment process for all positions within the three locations.

  - Collaborate with HR to attract, select, and onboard top talent.

  - Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential employees.


4. Strategic Planning:

  - Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans for each location.

  - Identify opportunities for growth, cost reduction, and operational improvements.

  - Ensure alignment of branch activities with overall company goals.


5. Client Relations:

  - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

  - Address client concerns promptly and effectively.

  - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business expansion.


Qualifications:


- Proven experience in a leadership role within the facility service industry.

- Strong understanding of branch operations, service delivery, and client management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals.

- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.


Education and Experience:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of [5] years of relevant experience in a managerial role.
