The Role

We’re looking for a Software Engineer who cares more about building things that ship than about any particular stack or paradigm. Their current stack includes Next.js, Node.js, Go, AWS Fargate, AWS Lambda, and Vercel, but what matters most is strong coding fundamentals, a problem-solving mindset, and the drive to see work through all the way to production.

At Source, we move quickly and value ownership—you’ll design, build, test, and deploy features end-to-end. Familiarity with mar-tech (marketing technology) and comfort experimenting with AI tools is a plus, since we like to use them to boost productivity and push innovation.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy features end-to-end across web and backend systems
• Take ownership of work from design through production release
• Debug, optimize, and ensure reliability of our platform
• Collaborate with a small, high-impact team where your contributions matter immediately
• Occasionally travel with the team

Requirements

• Strong programming fundamentals and ability to pick up new technologies quickly
• Experience building and shipping real software (we’re flexible on years, titles, and background)
• A mindset of ownership: you care about your code making it all the way into users’ hands
• Excited about working in a startup environment—fast pace, high responsibility, and direct impact

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with our stack (Next.js, Node, Go, AWS Fargate/Lambda, Vercel)
• Experience with mar-tech, analytics, or integrations
• Interest in applying AI tools to speed up workflows and development
