You Will:
- Assist the Financial team with all ERP-related software, such as NetSuite, Sheppard, Kahua, etc.
- Contribute to software development life cycle projects with design, development, quality assurance, and support.
- Provide multi-tier technical support and maintenance for critical line-of-business applications and digital systems to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Manage the full lifecycle of departmental documentation and reporting, including data compilation, process auditing, and the maintenance of digital and physical records.
- Deliver comprehensive, multi-tier technical support for hardware, software, and peripherals across a variety of mission-critical digital platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end service ticket lifecycle, ensuring all technical issues are documented and resolved in alignment with established service level standards and standard operating procedures.
You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related.
- 5 years+ experience in a related field of work or relevant equivalent training, education, and/or experience.
- Eligibility to work in the US for any employer, as sponsorship is not available.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in North Charleston, SC.
- Valid South Carolina Driver’s License.
- Experience supporting and maintaining Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and related business applications to ensure seamless financial and operational workflows.
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Net 4.0 and above, SQL Server 2018 and above, Visual Studio 2020 and above, and Azure Cloud.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal leadership, external vendors, and public-facing stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL Querying: The role requires the ability to create SQL queries to extract information from various systems.
- Agile/Scrum Experience: The analyst is responsible for running the Application Team's scrum meetings and creating Scrum dashboards for task management.
