We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Search Analyst with experience in managing and/or running paid search engine marketing ads and a laser focus on B2C lead generation through owned and operated brands and domains.


As a Paid Search Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving the company's growth by creating and driving comprehensive marketing strategies, identifying opportunities to run marketing more efficiently, and optimizing lead generation efforts to drive qualified consumers looking for their services.


This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership skills, and hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns, performing data analysis, and accurately measuring conversions. The ideal candidate will own the company's paid search campaigns while collaborating closely with team members to understand changing volume needs and adapting operations in real-time.


Responsibilities:


Campaign Strategy and Planning

  • Develop company's overall owned and operated paid search strategy, including definition of overall goals, determination of budget, and forecasting of anticipated KPIs and financial performance
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the insurance industry and gain a deep understanding of our target customer
  • Analyze consumer trends and understand consumer needs to accurately plan for changes in seasonality and demand


Lead Generation

  • Responsible for all ad buys across paid search channels (with a focus on GoogleAds), understanding current setup and identifying immediate opportunities for optimization
  • Work with frontend developers to build, test and optimize landing pages to primarily drive inbound calls with a secondary call to action as form fills
  • Monitor intraday performance and manage campaigns to ensure achievement of established KPIs
  • Manage the creative process, including design of content that connects with our target customer and continued iteration / optimization based on performance
  • Implement A/B testing through ad creative to improve campaign effectiveness and quality lead throughput


Collaboration

  • Understand the capacity dynamics of sourcing leads for a call center and external buyers, and collaborate closely with team members to understand intraday changes to volume needs
  • Present performance of paid search campaigns to the broader marketing and leadership teams on a weekly basis, drawing out key insights and recommending actions to optimize performance



Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or relevant experience
  • Proven experience; 3+ years in a similar paid search analyst role with a focus on campaign management, lead generation,and optimization.
  • Understand strategic and technical aspects of demand generation, lead generation, lead scoring and nurturing, campaign management, and data quality
  • Demonstrated track record of digital demand success (customer acquisition across multiple verticals) in a B2C SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic, data-driven recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record in running successful paid media campaigns through platforms like Google Ads
  • Experience with Google Optimizely or similar A/B testing tools.



Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the insurance industry, specifically health and or medicare insurance.
  • Experience managing video content creation.
  • Experience running campaigns on YouTube and TikTok.
  • Experience with omni-channel engagement products such as Mailchimp or Iterable.
  • Experience with GA4.
  • Experience working with internal call centers.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
