We are looking for a seasoned Regional Sales Executive to drive growth in a defined territory by selling enterprise-grade physical security and cloud-based identity management solutions to hospitals, health systems, and medical campuses.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage and grow a regional sales territory, targeting hospitals, healthcare systems, and medical campuses.
  • Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with Security Directors, CIOs, Facilities Management, Clinical Operations, and Procurement teams.
  • Develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, channel partners, and industry events.
  • Position and sell integrated physical security and cloud-based identity management platforms to complex enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with internal teams, including solutions engineering, customer success, and product, to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Represent the company at IAHSS, ASIS, and other industry events to expand visibility and deepen relationships.


WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years of experience in the security industry.
  • Proven track record selling into the healthcare market, including hospitals, healthcare systems, and medical campuses.
  • Demonstrated success managing a regional territory and achieving or exceeding quota.
  • Strong experience selling one or more of the following:
  • Access Control Solutions
  • Cloud-Based Security Services
  • Video Surveillance Systems
  • Weapons Detection Technologies
  • Required: experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Ability to position and sell integrated physical security and cloud-based platforms.
  • Familiarity with recurring revenue and subscription-based business models.
  • Ability to speak to electronic health record (EHR) management, including HL7 integration knowledge. Familiarity with HIPAA and Joint Commission Standards is a strong plus.
  • Established relationships and a credible presence within healthcare security organizations.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance requirements, operational workflows, and security challenges.
  • Comfortable engaging with Security Directors, CIOs, IT Leadership, Facilities Management, Clinical Operations, and Procurement.
  • Active member of IAHSS (International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety) and/or ASIS International.
  • Proven ability to develop new business, build strategic partnerships, and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Experience delivering executive-level presentations and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling abilities.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating across internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and territory management skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud architecture, physical security integration ecosystems, and enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Experience using CRM platforms.
  • The willingness and ability to travel to client sites and tradeshows as needed.

  • Prior experience with integrated security manufacturers or security SaaS providers.
  • Experience collaborating with channel partners, consultants, and integrators.
  • Public speaking or participation in industry conferences and events.
