You Are: 

• An experienced Window System Administrator with 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting software/network-related issues.
• Experienced with Office 365, Windows 10/11, and Azure supporting end users.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware/software issues and conducting root cause analysis.
• Functional as a primary point of contact and communication with customers, keeping customers aware of progress.
• Passionate about providing a great customer experience and interfacing with client stakeholders

You Will:

• Resolve tickets promptly and diagnose technical issues related to servers, workstations, network connectivity and/or software.
• Use Remote Monitoring & Management software tools for any remote support efforts.
• Be responsible for troubleshooting Tier II hardware/software and networking issues.
• Be responsible for wireless access point networking.
• Communicate with software vendors if problems/needs arise.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, and strive to improve the customer experience.

You Have: 

• Experience setting up and troubleshooting Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems.
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting Meraki, Cisco, SonicWALL, Watchguard, HP, or similar networking products.
• Experience with virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V, etc.)
• A passion for learning new technologies and you hold IT Certifications such as (A+, Network+, Azure Fundamentals, Azure AD, etc)
• An interest working on a highly collaborative team and being in an onsite office setting daily. 
• Ability to pass a drug test/background check.
• Eligibility to work in the US for any employer, as sponsorship is not available
