Our client is hiring its first dedicated growth marketer to own demand from end to end. This is a builder's seat: you run the paid accounts, instrument the funnel, write the lifecycle flows, and bring the numbers to the table every week. As the first growth hire, you have the room to build the function the way you think it should run.

Their product makes it easy for professionals to send small, thoughtful gestures in seconds, with no address needed and enterprise compliance built in. Their customers include Fortune 500 companies, high-growth startups, and everything in between across industries like insurance, healthcare, financial services, and commercial real estate.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE

- You own the full growth engine across paid, lifecycle, SEO, and analytics, with real budget and real decision making authority.

- Your work shows up directly in the numbers, with full ownership of the metrics that prove what is working.
- You partner closely with the CMO and content lead while owning the acquisition number end to end.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run the paid accounts yourself across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and retargeting, building campaigns, writing the first round of copy, setting budgets, and cutting what isn't paying back.
- Own the recipient to sender loop by instrumenting the redemption page and gesture emails, baselining the conversion rate, and moving it every sprint.
- Build the lifecycle yourself, writing onboarding sequences, triggered education, and win back flows directly in HubSpot.
- Drive SEO and organic work through keyword research, page briefs, and on page fixes, partnering with the content lead on writing while owning the organic acquisition number.
- Set up tracking, pull the data, write queries, build dashboards, and bring the core numbers to the Monday standup, with nothing launching before tracking is in place.
- Run real experiments end to end: design the test, ship it, call it, document what you learned, and retire what loses.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years doing growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing yourself, ideally at a consumption, product led, or marketplace business, with hands on ownership rather than people management.
- Direct experience with paid platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google), a lifecycle or CRM stack such as HubSpot, and product and web analytics such as GA4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- A track record of organic acquisition and SEO growth using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Search Console.
- Discipline to set up tracking before launch and retire what isn't paying back.
- An AI native mindset, using AI as a daily multiplier to run more tests, build models faster, and write sharper briefs and emails, including tools like Claude for analysis and drafting and Clay for enrichment and outreach.
- Comfort working in person in Franklin, TN, Monday through Thursday with work from home Fridays.
- Eligibility to work in the US for any employer (sponsorship is not available).

- Experience running a PQL motion.
- Experience with a self serve to enterprise motion.
- Hands on use of 6sense or a similar intent data source in a live routing motion.
