We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Digital Identity / Identity Access Management (IAM) Consultant to join a dynamic team delivering cutting-edge security solutions for enterprise clients. In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing, implementing, and optimizing IAM strategies that protect critical assets while enabling seamless digital experiences. - Must have solid expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Maintain awareness of Digital Identity (DI) and IAM (Identity Access Management) security trends.
- As a Security Digital Identity Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor to clients and develop market-leading solutions to address their DI challenges.
- Establish our client's credentials in the Digital Identity industry through participation in conferences and publication of papers as a security DI evangelist
- Engage with the Global Digital Identity community to drive innovation for our clients' Digital Identity services and continually improve their Security DI Consultant Offerings.
- Promote DI solutions to generate sales opportunities with new and existing clients across both the public and private sectors.
- Act as the Security Advisory Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Digital Identity Services to ensure integration of Digital Identity services across our clients' Security and Portfolio offerings.
- Act as a Mentor for other employees to build a strong team of Digital Identity experts, developing and meeting the demand for their services.
- Support client escalations to assist in the rapid resolution of any disruptions to the delivery or function of Digital Identity services, thereby minimizing business disruption for our clients.
Key Skills
- 10-15 years’ experience in defining, developing, and implementing identity and access management strategies and solutions.
- 10-15 years’ experience in defining system and enterprise architectures.
- The ability to understand the client's pain points/business challenges associated with DI/IAM, and create the correct technology solution to address those issues and strengthen their security posture.
- Solid understanding of the following IAM - Identity and Access Management technologies, such as:
- Ping Federate
- ForgeRock Identity and Identity Cloud
- Auth0
- Okta Identity Engine
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Identity Governance Administration (IGA), such as:
- SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow
- Privileged Access Management (PAM/PIM)
- Microsoft PIM
- Strong interpersonal (verbal/written) communication skills and the ability to communicate with executive stakeholders within the office of the CISO.
- The ability to travel to client locations, as needed, but less than 20% of the time.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government or federal regulations
