As an SaaS Implementation Project Manager, you will be the primary liaison between our client’s software implementation team and their customers. The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of their SaaS Cybersecurity application implementations by coordinating project activities, tracking timelines, and ensuring clear communication
between internal teams and client stakeholders. This role is ideal for a Project Manager who is comfortable operating within defined processes, following established SOPs, and growing into greater ownership over time.

You Will:
- Support end-to-end project execution across the product implementation lifecycle, including Kickoff, Workflow Workshops, Configuration, Integration, Testing/UAT, Training, and Go-Live.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Client during the deployment process.
- Coordinate internal and external resources and cross-functional teams, including Implementation, Product, Integrations, Support, and Customer Success, for the deployment of their SaaS solution.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Maintain project plans, milestones, and task tracking using project management tools.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings, including weekly status calls, workflow discussions, and readiness reviews.
- Track project dependencies, risks, and action items; escalating issues to senior project managers or leadership, as needed.
- Prepare and distribute meeting notes, action items, and status updates
- Ensure projects stay aligned with defined scope, timelines, and client expectations.
- Follow up on action items to maintain progress towards project completion.
- Promote a culture that encourages open, proactive communication with end-user clients
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
- Completes additional duties, as necessary.
You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- A Minimum of three(3) years of professional experience working as an Implementation Project Manager for a high-growth SaaS provider. Experience working for a SaaS Cybersecurity or Security company in the past is a plus.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with workflow mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and knowledge of project management software preferred.
- The ability to read, analyze, and interpret business, professional, or technical documents. Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and the public.
- The environment is fast-paced and dynamic. Flexibility may be required to adapt to evolving priorities.
- Willingness to participate in 3-5 trade shows and/or occasional client site visits, requiring travel annually.

- This position is hybrid, based in Charleston, SC, with core collaboration hours aligned to Eastern Standard Time (EST). The position involves regular virtual communication with cross-functional teams via virtual calls, messaging platforms, and project management tools.
