You Will:

  • Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
  • Oversee and administer servers, networks, and other critical IT systems, as well as providing technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Manage and maintain servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure components.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Implement and manage security measures to protect IT infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with other IT staff to plan and implement new technologies.
  • Document IT infrastructure configurations and procedures.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.


You Have:

  • A deep understanding of network architectures, cloud services, data center operations, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Command of IT Service Management (ITSM): Familiarity with frameworks like ITIL to design, deliver, and monitor IT services.
  • Extensive experience administering Microsoft 365 (Sharepoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.) in an enterprise environment.
  • Productions Systems Administration experience with Azure, Azure Identity and Entra ID.
  • Mobile Device Management, using InTune.
  • An understanding of routing, switching, firewalls, wireless access point and other networking technology
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Azure Virtual Desktops and/or AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Experience with cloud platforms and managing cloud-based services.
  • Knowledge of network security protocols and compliance regulations.
  • A strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and tools for continuous integration and delivery.
  • The ability to analyze and interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
  • A proven track record of success and the ability to inspire and motivate teams, manage cross-functional teams, and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Skills in developing and executing IT strategies, managing budgets, and driving process improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address and resolve issues promptly.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies and business needs.
  • The ability to make informed decisions under pressure and consider various perspectives.
  • A willingness to work in a hybrid work setting (four days in the office and one day remotely.
  • Position may involve sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, shoving, lifting, carrying and moving objects that can weigh up to or more than 50 lbs. This movement can occur throughout the day. Must also be able to climb several flights of stairs if necessary.
