WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design, build, and maintain the data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes behind large-scale federal data systems.
- Build and tune cloud-based data architectures across AWS or Azure environments.
- Bring together structured and unstructured data from a range of government and third-party sources.
- Safeguard data quality, integrity, availability, and performance across every system you touch.
- Support ATO, RMF, and federal security requirements, including the documentation and audit work that comes with them.
- Work with DevOps partners on CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and deployment automation.
- Turn mission and business requirements into technical solutions that scale.
- Create and maintain the technical documentation for data flows, pipelines, and architectures.
- Take part in Agile ceremonies and stay closely connected with cross-functional teammates.
WHAT YOU BRING
- An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- At least 1 year designing and supporting enterprise data solutions in federal or otherwise regulated environments.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Azure SQL.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes for large-scale systems.
- Experience designing and tuning cloud-based data architectures in AWS or Azure.
- The ability to integrate structured and unstructured data from multiple government and third-party sources.
- A track record of protecting data quality, integrity, availability, and performance across systems.
- Experience supporting ATO, RMF, and federal security requirements, including documentation and audit support.
- Comfort partnering with DevOps teams on CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and deployment automation.
- The ability to translate mission and business requirements into solutions that scale.
- Strong technical documentation skills and a habit of collaborating well in Agile, cross-functional teams.

COMPENSATION:
- Starting salary of $95,000, dependent on experience and acumen.
