Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing company dedicated to helping small businesses secure the financing they need to grow their businesses. They are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Specialist to join our team.


This role is centered around creating robust and insightful reporting using data from our CRM system to optimize the performance of the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, data analysis, and CRM management, with a passion for improving sales processes and outcomes. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive sales reporting and dashboards to provide actionable insights for the sales team and leadership. 
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales performance and processes. 
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define key performance metrics and benchmarks.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system, conducting regular audits and updates as necessary. 
  • Support the sales team with ad hoc analysis and reporting requests. 
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide them with the tools and insights to succeed. 
  • Optimize and streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Train and support sales team members on CRM best practices and usage.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance against targets, providing regular updates to sales leadership. 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales incentive programs.


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a related role. ● Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI). 
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience in the Financial Services is a plus.
