We are hiring a Business Development Associate focused exclusively on the Home Health & Hospice market. This role sits at the intersection of sales and marketing and is designed for early-career candidates who understand how agencies grow, specifically referral generation, hospital relationships, and intake conversion. This is a full-time, in-office position in Orlando, FL.

You Will:

  • Develop targeted outreach for Home Health & Hospice operators, including agencies, multi-location providers, and regional networks, through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
  • Own and execute marketing programs alongside sales efforts, including campaign planning, messaging, and channel strategy across outbound channels.
  • Work with designers and other teams to create marketing assets and collateral, including presentations, white papers, email sequences, pitch decks, case studies, and outreach messaging, tailored to the Home Health & Hospice segment.
  • Manage and optimize media budgets for outbound and digital campaigns, tracking performance and improving ROI and conversion metrics.
  • Identify and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) specific to Home Health & Hospice based on agency size, referral volume, payer mix, and growth stage.
  • Research decision-makers, including Owners, Administrators, and Operations Leaders, and build high-quality contact lists.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations focused on referral growth, outreach automation, and intake pipeline management.
  • Drive deals end-to-end, including qualification, pricing discussions, contract negotiation, and closing.
  • Track full-funnel performance from initial outreach through sales closure and continuously optimize conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure visibility across the pipeline, activities, and deal progress.
  • Continuously build expertise in the Home Health & Hospice market dynamics, competitive landscape, and growth strategies.


You Have:

  • Prior experience selling into Home Health & Hospice agencies or direct experience working within a Home Health or Hospice organization (e.g., intake, operations, marketing, or growth roles).
  • Strong understanding of Home Health & Hospice referral dynamics, including relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, and community sources.
  • Proven ability or strong willingness to perform high-volume outbound outreach (email, calling, LinkedIn) with a focus on driving meetings and pipeline.
  • Strong research skills to identify agencies, decision-makers, and relevant outreach triggers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior operators and decision-makers in SMB and mid-market healthcare organizations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple prospects and deals simultaneously.
  • Eligibility to work in the US for any employer, as sponsorship is not available.
