Who We’re Looking For
You’re a concept-driven Art Director who lives and breathes design craft. You think in compositions, typography, and textures - but you also understand audience, message, and brand voice. Whether it’s a magazine cover, social campaign, or brand identity, you know how to weave creativity with clarity.
- 5–7 years of experience in art direction or senior design roles within PR, publishing, advertising, or communications agencies.
- A portfolio that speaks for itself - strong editorial sensibility, brand campaigns, and multi-platform design execution.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Experience leading design projects end-to-end - from concept development to production and delivery.
- Sharp attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling that connects.
- Strong collaboration skills - comfortable working closely with copywriters, strategists, account managers, and PR teams.
- Up-to-date on design trends, social media formats, and brand aesthetics.
