What You’ll Be Responsible For
This is a 360° sales role — your success comes from your ability to manage the full lifecycle:

Prospect and engage new clients, including investors, residents, and business owners

Match clients with the right property opportunities, based on lifestyle, ROI, or business needs

Conduct viewings and confidently present properties to prospective buyers or tenants

Negotiate and close deals with professionalism and full legal compliance

Provide honest, expert advice based on up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s market and trends

Build lasting relationships to generate repeat business and referrals

Represent a brand known for integrity, insight, and consistent performance
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
- Entrepreneurial, target-driven, and committed to growth
- A natural communicator who builds trust and rapport easily
- Focused on quality, service, and representing clients’ interests with integrity
- Experienced in real estate or in high-stakes B2C/B2B sales and ready to pivot
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Based in Dubai or ready to relocate, with a valid UAE driver’s license and your own car
- Prior UAE real estate experience is a major advantage, especially if you’ve worked with investors or high-net-worth clients.
