What You’ll Be Responsible For


This is a 360° sales role — your success comes from your ability to manage the full lifecycle:

  • Prospect and engage new clients, including investors, residents, and business owners
  • Match clients with the right property opportunities, based on lifestyle, ROI, or business needs
  • Conduct viewings and confidently present properties to prospective buyers or tenants
  • Negotiate and close deals with professionalism and full legal compliance
  • Provide honest, expert advice based on up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s market and trends
  • Build lasting relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
  • Represent a brand known for integrity, insight, and consistent performance


What We’re Looking For


You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

  • Entrepreneurial, target-driven, and committed to growth
  • A natural communicator who builds trust and rapport easily
  • Focused on quality, service, and representing clients’ interests with integrity
  • Experienced in real estate or in high-stakes B2C/B2B sales and ready to pivot
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
  • Based in Dubai or ready to relocate, with a valid UAE driver’s license and your own car
  • Prior UAE real estate experience is a major advantage, especially if you’ve worked with investors or high-net-worth clients.
