They’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer - someone who thrives on clean architecture, real-time performance, and building infrastructure that scales as fast as the company does. Who We’re Looking For

You’re a hands-on backend engineer who loves solving tough technical challenges - the kind that demand both precision and creativity. You’re as comfortable optimizing database latency as you are architecting a microservice for scale. You write code that’s not just functional, but elegant.

• 3+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development, ideally within fast-moving product teams
• Strong command of Java (Spring) and Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
• Proven experience building and maintaining scalable, reliable infrastructure
• Deep understanding of databases - Elastic, MongoDB, MySQL - and optimizing for latency and throughput
• Proficiency in Redis, Kafka, and S3 for data streaming, caching, and async workflows
• Familiarity with React (Typescript) is a plus for integration and collaboration with frontend teams
• Curiosity about AI and automation, with an interest in leveraging them to build smarter systems
• Self-driven, proactive, and energized by startup-style ownership

Bonus points if you’ve:

• Designed SDKs or APIs with a strong focus on developer experience
• Led or contributed to open-source or side projects that showcase your technical creativity
• Had exposure to AI or ML applications in software infrastructure

Your Mission

• Collaborate across functions: Work closely with Product, Security, and Frontend teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Push technical boundaries: Experiment with new tools and patterns to make systems more intelligent, efficient, and secure.
