About the Opportunity


Are you a results-driven sales professional with a knack for building offline distribution networks from the ground up? Do you thrive in fast-paced, international environments where your strategic decisions directly shape business growth?


We are looking for a Sales Manager based in Italy to lead and scale the offline channel for a rapidly growing global e-commerce brand in the professional tools and equipment space. This is a unique chance to shape the market strategy, establish partnerships with key retailers, and build the Italian presence from scratch - all while enjoying full autonomy and remote flexibility.


What You’ll Do


  • Launch and scale the offline distribution network in Italy.
  • Build relationships and sign agreements with hardware co-operative unions such as BigMat, Ferritalia, Brico io, Bricolife, Gruppo Made.
  • Expand into large Key Account (KA) chains including Leroy Merlin, Obi, Bricoman, etc.
  • Identify and collaborate with regional distributors and wholesalers.
  • Adapt commercial terms and product range to fit the Italian market.
  • Work closely with internal product and marketing teams to align strategies and drive growth.


What We’re Looking For


  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in distribution within DIY, tools, or hardware channels.
  • Channel Knowledge: Familiarity with Brico chains (Leroy Merlin, Obi, Bricoman) and traditional hardware networks (BigMat, Ferritalia, Brico io, Bricolife, Gruppo Made).
  • Skills: Self-starter, capable of building processes and sourcing customers independently.
  • Language: Native Italian speaker, fluent in English.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for growth.
