We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-scaling edtech company based in Egypt that’s reimagining how students and universities connect across borders. Their platform empowers students to explore and apply to international programs with confidence while giving universities a smarter, data-driven way to reach and recruit global talent.

Now, they’re looking for a Product Designer who can blend design intuition with product thinking - someone who thrives on turning user insight into beautiful, usable, and purposeful digital experiences.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a product-minded designer who sees beyond pixels and wireframes. You design with empathy, think with strategy, and collaborate with energy. You’re comfortable moving between discovery and delivery - validating ideas, shaping journeys, and crafting intuitive interfaces that make complex tasks feel effortless.

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role in tech-driven environments (edtech or SaaS is a plus).
• Proven experience designing digital products end-to-end - from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of design systems, user flows, and responsive design principles.
• Skilled in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Ability to collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on vision and execution.
• Passion for user research, testing, and data-informed design decisions.
• A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful, human-centered problem solving.

Your Mission

• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to bring features from idea to release.
• Shape the system: Contribute to and evolve the company’s design system for consistency, scalability, and impact.
• Think end-to-end: Participate in product strategy discussions, influence roadmaps, and ensure design decisions align with business and user goals.
• Prototype and iterate: Use feedback loops, testing, and iteration to refine designs and ensure exceptional usability.
