We are currently advising an independent wealth management firm in Switzerland on the appointment of an experienced Client Relationship Manager.


This role is designed for a Relationship Manager with an established client base who is seeking a more stable, discreet, and client-aligned platform from which to further develop their relationships over the long term.


The firm operates with a clear philosophy: independence, continuity, and an advisory approach free from short-term market pressures. It offers a well-established infrastructure and access to multidisciplinary expertise, allowing Relationship Managers to focus on what matters most - their clients.


The Role


As Client Relationship Manager, you will act as the principal point of contact for your clients, managing and developing relationships grounded in trust, continuity, and high standards of service.


You will be supported by a team of internal specialists across portfolio management, tax structuring, and insurance solutions, enabling you to deliver considered, tailored advice while maintaining full alignment with Swiss regulatory standards.


This is a role with a high degree of personal responsibility and autonomy, suited to individuals who value long-term client stewardship over transactional activity.


Key Responsibilities


  • Managing and developing your existing client relationships with a long-term perspective
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and families
  • Coordinating with internal experts to structure bespoke wealth management solutions
  • Ensuring all client activity is conducted in line with FINMA requirements and internal governance standards
  • Identifying opportunities for organic growth within your client base and broader network
  • Upholding the firm’s standards of discretion, professionalism, and client care


The Ideal Profile


This position is intended for established Relationship Managers who bring both experience and a portable client base.


You should offer:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in client relationship management within private banking or wealth management
  • An existing book of clients (a prerequisite for consideration)
  • EU/EFTA passport (Swiss work authorization requirements apply)
  • Fluent English (C1 level or above); German or Spanish would be advantageous

The Platform


You will be joining a well-established, privately backed wealth management platform with over five decades of heritage in private banking.


The organization maintains a deliberately structured, senior environment, with approximately 40+ professionals across front, middle, and back office functions. Teams are based across ZĂĽrich and Miami, with close collaboration and direct access to internal expertise across all key disciplines.
