Apply for this job

Architect the intelligence that will drive the future of mobility.

You’ll be joining a fast-scaling technology innovator that’s redefining what’s possible at the intersection of AI and automotive engineering. Their automotive-grade AI chips form the foundation of next-generation smart vehicles - powering real-time generative AI, multimodal interaction, and seamless fusion of cockpit and driving systems into one intelligent platform.

As an Integrated Circuit Architecture Engineer, you’ll shape the blueprint of that intelligence. You’ll design and define the micro-architectures that make these chips not only faster and more efficient, but capable of learning, adapting, and driving the next leap in human-machine synergy.

If you’re motivated by the challenge of turning complex ideas into high-performance architectures that change how the world moves, this is where your vision meets its purpose.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in architecting the brains behind advanced automotive AI systems - defining the SoC and IP-level design decisions that balance power, performance, and scalability. Your work will include:

  • Collaborating with product management, marketing, and customers to define product requirements and specifications
  • Performing high-level modeling and analysis to explore architectural trade-offs and optimize micro-architecture decisions
  • Developing detailed architecture specifications for SoCs, CPUs, GPUs, or other complex IPs
  • Providing technical direction and mentorship to design and verification teams throughout the development cycle
  • Researching and evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends to drive architectural innovation
  • Working closely with software, system, and hardware teams to ensure cohesive system-level performance
  • Preparing and presenting technical proposals and documentation to internal and external stakeholders

What You Bring

You’re an architect who thrives on complexity and clarity in equal measure. You see beyond circuits - you see possibilities. Ideally, you have:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in chip architecture, micro-architecture, or senior design leadership
  • Deep understanding of computer architecture concepts such as CPUs, GPUs, memory hierarchies, interconnects, and coherency
  • Experience using performance modeling and analysis tools
  • Strong grasp of software-hardware interaction and system-level trade-offs
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or C++ for modeling and analysis
  • The ability to think creatively, reason analytically, and solve multi-dimensional design challenges

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

This is a rare chance to design the architectures powering one of the world’s first mass-produced automotive-grade AI chips built to run large language models (LLMs) in real time. These chips are setting a new benchmark in performance - achieving up to 15x improvements over current industry solutions - and your architectural decisions will define how that power is realized.

Join a culture built on curiosity, craftsmanship, and collaboration, where bold ideas are not only welcomed but essential. Your architectural vision will shape the intelligence at the heart of the world’s next generation of “human mobile living spaces.”
